Xiaomi start selling Redmi 8 and 2 other varients from today

Xiaomi, Chinese electronic company, which was founded in 2010 has now launched Redmi 8, Redmi Note 8, and the Redmi Note 8 Pro in India. Redmi Note Pro 8 comes with a 64 MP Quad Camera setup as the rear camera. The Redmi 8 comes with a 12 MP AI (Artificial Intelligence) Dual-Camera setup with an 8 MP AI Single front camera. Redmi Note 8 comes with 48 MP Quad Camera setup in the back. All three variants comes with 18W fast charging capabilities. The smartphones are available on Amazon.in and official website of Xiaomi, Mi.com/in/

The sale will continue on 11th December 2019 as well, and will start at 12:00 PM.

Redmi 8 is equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 chipset.

The Redmi Note 8 offers 2 storage and RAM options, the 4GB RAM with 64 GB storage variant comes at a price of RS. 9,000, and the variant with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB Storage is prices at Rs. 12,999.

The base model, Redmi 8 comes with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB Storage and has a price tag of Rs. 7,999.

Redmi 8 come in three colours, Onyx Black, Sapphire Blue, Emerald Green, and Ruby Red, and the phone offer a 6.22 inch HD LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and a “Waterdrop” notch at top and chin at the bottom. Getting its power from Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC, the phone offer two variants:

The fingerprint sensor is placed at the rear of the phone and is equipped with Face Unlock feature. The phone comes with USB Type-C port is used for charging and data transfers. Redmi 8 will run on Android 9 Pie-based MIUI 10. The phone also supports 18W Fast Charging.

Redmi Note 8 comes with a 6.3 inch Full HD+ (FHD+) IPLS LCD panel again with a teardrop notch and a chin at the bottom of the screen. The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset. The phone offers 18W Fast Charging and comes in 4 colour options, Space Black, Neptune Blue, Moonlight White, and Cosmic Purple.  

The phone comes with two RAM and internal storage options. The one with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage can be bought for Rs. 9,999, and the one with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage sells for Rs. 12,999. The storage can be expanded up to 512 GB.

Redmi Note 8 comes with a Quad Camera setup at the rear with 48 MP camera including a wideangle, macro, and a telephoto sensor with have resolutions of 8 MP, 2 MP and 2 MP respectively. The phone is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery. Redmi Note 8 has Alexa integration.

Redmi Note 8 Pro is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G90T processor that has 2 cores clocked at 2.05GHz and other 6 cores clocked at 2GHz. The Redmi Note 8 Pro powered by a 4500mAh battery and comes with 18W Fast Charging.

Talking about the camera, Redmi Note 8 Pro comes with Quad camera setup, with primary camera having the resolution of 64 MP with f/1.8 aperture, the second camera is 8 MP with f/2.2 and the other two cameras have 2 MP each. The front camera has a resolution of 20 MP with f/2.0 aperture.
