ISRO is hiring, wants to fill 220 vacancies

IPRC (ISRO Propulsion Complex) under the guidance of ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) at Mahendragiri, Tirunelveli District of Tamil Nadu recently released an official advertisement wherein the organisation is inviting suitable candidate to apply (offline) to fill 220 vacant posts of Graduate, Technician, and Trade Apprentices.

The 220 vacancies are distributed multiple departments/trades/disciplines including Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation, Chemical, Computer Science, Fitter, Wlder, COPA, Library Science, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics, Machinist, Turner, Draughtsman (Mechanic and Civil), Ref. & AC Mechanic, Carpenter, Instrument Mechanic and more. IPRC will be selecting candidates via “Walk-in-Interviews” at the IPRC, Mahendragiri, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu on December 14, 2019, December 21, 2019, and January 4, 2020.

Candidates who are applying for Apprentices should not be over 35 years old as on 14th December 2019 (for Graduate Apprentice), 21st December 2019 (For Technician Apprentice), and 4th January 2020 (for Trade Apprentice) respectively. There is a relaxation given to SC* and ST** by giving 5 years making the upper age limit 40 years., and OBC*** candidates of 3 years in the upper age limit (38 years).

*SC: Scheduled Castes

**ST: Scheduled Tribes

***OBC: (ST) and Other Backward Classes
