Delhi Assembly Elections 2020: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), on Friday, released their manifesto for the upcoming assembly elections in Delhi which will take place on the 8th of February 2020. To unveil the manifesto, there were many senior leaders of the BJP present on the stage including Manoj Tiwari, Chief, Delhi BJP; Vijay Goel, Member of Parliament (MP), Rajya Sabha; Harsh Vardhan, Union Minister; Prakash Javadekar, In-charge Delhi Election, BJP; and Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister.

Additionally, Amit Shah, Union Home Minister, will take part in 4 rallies that will be held in Ashok Vihar Ph. 1, Kamla Nagar, Pitampura, and Tri Nagar. Moreover, J P Nadda, recently appointed National President, BJP will also hold 3 public meetings in Ghonda, Rajouri Garden, and Timarpur. There will be many more rallies in Delhi today held by number of Union minister and senior party leaders, BJP.

Bank Accounts For When A Girl Is Born

Manoj Tiwari, today, said that when a girl child will be born, the state government will be opening a bank account, and once the girl turns 12 years old, she will receive Rs. 2,00,000 (2 lakh).

Flour at Rs. 2 per Kilogram

Manoj Tiwari exclaimed that if BJP comes to power in Delhi after the Delhi Assembly Election 2020, they will provide flour at Rs. 2/kg to the poor.

Clean Water

Nitin Gadkari said that Delhi will not be dependent on the water truck anymore if BJP comes to power, people will get clean water in the taps in their homes.

Ayushman Bharat Yojana Will Come To Delhi

Also known as the National Health Protection Scheme, focuses on helping the financially weaker sections in getting healthcare facilities. Manoj Tiwari, today, said that this scheme will be implemented in Delhi if the saffron party comes in power after 8thFebruary’s Delhi Assembly Elections.

Handouts For Poor Females

The BJP has promised that after coming to power in Delhi, it will provide free electric scooters to girls going to college, free bicycles for girls studying in 9th and 10thstandard. In addition to this, Rs. 51,000 will be provided to the widows who are poor for the marriage of their daughter.

Solution For Sealing In Delhi

Manoj Tiwari said that the party will find a permanent solution to put the problem of sealing in Delhi to rest once and for all. The sealing problem in Delhi has been haunting severe problems to people all over Delhi.

Set Up Development Board For Colonies

BJP has promised that, if it comes to power, will set up a new development board for all of the new authorised colonies which will be handle the task of their development.

Fight Against Air Pollution

People in Delhi have been breathing air that is hazardous to their health to say the least. BJP said that it’ll make sure that the Rs. 55,000 crore sanctioned by the center will be used for this only and nothing else. In addition, Nitin Gadkari reminded us that the Eastern Peripheral Expressway has reduced both air pollution and traffic in the capital.
