HAL recruitment 2020 is inviting applications from willing and eligible doctors for Engagement as Visiting Consultant (Specialist Doctor) for its hospital at the HAL Township in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

The qualifications mentioned above must be recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
Post Qualification Experience:
Candidates with MD and DM degrees with 1 year experience post qualification will be preferred however that is not essential. However, candidates with Diploma should have 1 year experience in relevant Speciality/Discipline.
Age Limit For Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) Recruitment 2020:
HAL has put an upper age limit on the candidate that can apply for the Visiting Consultant (Specialist Doctors) 2019-2020. HAL said the candidate must not be above 65 years of age as on 30/11/2019 (30th November, 2019).
Period of Engagement and Reporting:
Once hired the visiting consultant (specialist Doctor) would be reporting to the designated regular doctor in the appointed hospital. Additionally, the initial engagement period will be kept as 2 years and further extensions will be offered following company’s policies and individual performance of the doctor and also upon the opening of vacancies or requirement of the Division/ Hospital.
Remuneration and Other Benefits:
The hired candidate will get a fixed, but within the maximum ceiling, of Rs. 2,500/- per visit and the remunerations that will be fixed upon hiring will only be revised every two years by 10%. The visiting consultant (specialist Doctor) will also be provided with Conveyance charges as per the TA/DA rules. Right now the rate is Rs. 12 per kilometre. Also the minimum conveyance that can be reimbursed will be Rs. 250 per visit, amount lower than this will not be reimbursed.
