Alia Bhatt has been very actively promoting her movie Gangubai Kathiawadi extensively. In an interview with NDTV, Alia opened up about Ranbir’s stance on marriage reacting to one of his old chats. She mentioned that whenever they get married, it will happen in a beautiful way. “I’m already married to Ranbir Kapoor in my head”, said the Ganagubai Kathiawadi actress. “And, I think I’ve been married to him in my head for a long time”, she added. She believes everything happens for a reason and there is a right time for everything.
2. “He really inspires me to be a better version of myself at work’’
In an interview with Vogue, Alia revealed that she has always loved Ranbir Kapoor as an actor and that he is outstanding on the screen. She is awestruck by the fact that despite being so powerful, he is so honest and complete. She further stated that Ranbir constantly inspires her to be a better version of herself at work and commended his work ethic. She said she learns a lot from him.

3. “I am very happy and deeply in love with Ranbir’’
Alia, in an interview with The Indian Express, confessed that she is deeply in love with Ranbir Kapoor and that she believes in their relationship. She went on to say that she looks up to him, is deeply in love with him, and shares a high comfort level with him. That’s the main reason behind the duo dating for so many years. “I am too comfortable to not talk about it”, she said.
4. “He’s not a gossiper, he’s doesn’t gossip at all”
In an interview with RJ Siddharth Kannan, Alia revealed that she has never heard Ranbir say anything bad about anyone and that is what she loves most. She further added that Ranbir always says good things about everyone, be it coworkers or acquaintances. Alia said that under the influence of Ranbir, she too has become a non-gossiper. She disapproves of the rumour that he is one big gossiper and stated that he hates gossiping.
5. “I’m walking on stars and clouds right now”
This was the first time Alia opened up about her relationship with Ranbir during a conversation with the Bombay Times. When questioned about how this relationship was different compared to her previous ones, Alia said that it was not a relationship, rather a friendship. She stated with all genuineness and honesty that she is walking on stars and clouds right now. The highlight, according to her is that both of them have their individualities leading their professional lives full-fledged. Both of them are occupied in shoots and they are not constantly together. This, in her opinion, is the true mark of a relationship.
