26 year old Emmy award winner Zendaya had the time of her life at Emmy 2022, not only she was slaying in her black floor-length gown but also created history by becoming the only black artist to win actress in a lead role in a drama series award twice for her role in HBO’s Euphoria.
However, things took an awkward turn when she became the center piece of the joke from Emmy’s host Kenan Thompson. Though the joke was more on Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio, it did involve Zendaya.
At one point during his monologue at the Emmy, Kenan took a shot at Leonardo and his dating life when he joked about the age of his partners, stating how the talented and lovely Zendaya could never be on his radar since she is too old for the Hollywood star.
Zendaya turned 26 on the 1st of September, and it is a running joke on the internet about how Leonardo does not date anyone who is above 25. The star himself is 47 years old.

Kenan said, “Zendaya just turned 26. 26 is a weird age in Hollywood. Young enough to play a high school student, but too old to date Leonardo DiCaprio.”

The crowd was left in splits as the punch landed however, Zendaya couldn’t help but hide her face as the camera panned toward her.
Leonardo Di Caprio, 47, has broken up with his girlfriend of 4 years, Camila Morrone where the model had said, “There’s so many relationships in Hollywood — and in the history of the world — where people have large age gaps. I just think anyone should be able to date who they want to date,” while speaking with the Los Angeles Times about her dating life.
In the meantime, Leonardo has been seen spending a lot of his time with supermodel Gigi Hadid these days. 27 year old hadid was earlier with singer Zayn Malik.
