Big Boss 13’s fame, Shehnaaz Kaur Gill reminisces Siddharth Shukla in her latest video where she engages in an exclusive chat with BK Shivani. Shehnaaz has turned to spirituality ahead of the demise of her rumoured boyfriend friend and actor Siddharth Shukla in 2021. She recently uploaded a video on her Youtube channel where she spoke of how spirituality helped her cope with the situation and gives an insight into her mental journey.

During the chat, Shehnaaz told BK Shivani that how she was always inclined towards interacting with her and would ask Siddharth about the same quite often. During the conversation, she revealed how she would always tell Siddharth about her desire to talk to Sister Shivani and that the intention plausibly reached her in some way. She was glad that the communication eventually happened.

The video posted by Shehnaaz was titled “Reset and Restart” where she covers the varied aspects of mental health ranging from battling with grief, loss, negativity and pain to resurrecting one’s mental stability pivoting around self-care. The sudden loss of a friend or companion can often deeply impact an individual. The entire world might come to a halt and distress eventually begins to crawl in. While mourning and grief might be essential, it is indispensable to rise and carry on life.

During the conversation with Sister Shivani, Shehnaaz highlighted the importance to listen to one’s mind and heart. Irrespective of how much your loved ones, your family and your friends care for you, it all comes down to how well you treat yourself.

Adding on to what Shehnaaz spoke of earlier, Sister Shivani mentioned that we are in charge of our thoughts and the way we shape them often dictates our happiness and contentment. Furthermore, she also explained how we can stave off negative thoughts and remain positive in the long run.

Uncovering an honest remark about herself, Shehnaaz admitted the fact that she was extremely impatient earlier. She gave a nod to projects without considering all aspects and was more absorbed in delivering rather than contemplating the consequences. However, she says that has changed now and that she takes time to analyse things and do what is in her best interest.

The untimely demise of Siddharth Shukla was a shock for all of us. Shehnaaz alludes to the sudden passing away of Siddharth and recalled good times spent with him during the interaction. She stressed the importance of understanding that life and death are a part of life. She urged everyone to cherish the memories of the souls who have departed instead of feeling betrayed and in despair.

She went on to say, “Humari journey abhi baki hai, unki journey complete ho chuki hai”. She believes that though Siddharth is no longer with us, he has been reborn somewhere. So, she said rather than crying she decided to heal. Sister Shivani responded to this statement by saying that the people who surround us will not be happy if we continue to remain in pain.
