Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla seem to be contented with where life has taken them. On being questioned about how he handles the fact that Rubina is a greater star compared to him, Abhinav responded by saying that such is the nature of their profession. The former Big Boss duo have no rifts in their relationship on account of the wife possessing greater stardom compared to the husband. Abhinav stated that Rubina has always been more successful than him and this needs to be valued in a partnership.
In a recent conversation with the entertainment portal, Pinkvilla, Abhinav claimed that it is high time for people to start accepting that Rubina has more work and fame compared to him. He urged people to be pragmatic in their approach. Abhinav is well aware that Rubina is highly successful on the work front which is the nature of the occupation.

Rubina bagged the ‘Big Boss 14 trophy’, while Abhinav finished in second place. He then appeared on the reality TV show, ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ 11 and made it to the top 5. He appeared in numerous soap operas like ‘Geet- Hui Sabse Parayi’, ‘Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’, ‘Chotti Bahu’ and ‘Hitler Didi’. Rubina is popular for playing the role of Soumya Singh in Color TV’s ‘Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki’, the first transgender character on television.
She is presently gearing up for her upcoming Bollywood debut movie ‘Ardh’ in which she will star alongside Hiten Tejwani and Rajpal Yadav. Posters and glimpses from her film have been recently released and well received by fans.
