On the 26th February, the United States’ President, Donald Trump held a conference at the White House in Washington DC on Coronavirus. In the video, it can be seen that an Indian journalist was asking a question to the US President about India – US relationship post Trump’s first visit to India and said that you (Donald Trump) are quite famous in India and Narendra Modi is famous in the US.
While the reporter was asking the question, the NY Post journalist could be seen, what it seems to be, asking “who is this guy?” to another journalist sitting on her left.
A Twitter user who goes by the name Damoni Imani shared the video writing, “Who is that reporter in the green mocking an Indian reporter? I bet she thinks Trump is racist”.

He has been a White House reporter since President Carter & he speaks better English than most of us speak Hindi. pic.twitter.com/8hOMfBbu2j
It’s more than laughing. It’s the mocking and disdain in her eyes that sets me off. My father is south Asian and this just breaks my heart. It’s one thing to have opinions about other cultures but another to loathe him from behind and show so much contempt. Just for his accent

Our media is not only corrupt. They are racist, prejudice, immature, and just ridiculous. Things they attempt to project onto others.

I noticed the immaturity with a lot of these reporters , think they are uneducated

Twitter dot com can be good for breaking news sometimes but is terrible for hot takes and worse for out of context videos and reflections on people you don’t know. I know this – I’m really proud to call @ebonybowden a close mate and a friend.
