For a very long time, AP Dhillon has been in the news due to relationship rumours. He once allegedly had a crush on Khushi Kapoor after referring to Sridevi’s kid in his song “True Stories.” Recently he has been linked with Banita Sandhu, a Welsh actress.
In response to the same, some viewers asked the singer about Khushi Kapoor in the comment section. “Nahi matlab Khushi Kapoor wale memes sab nakli thi?” said one user. “Bro, what’s about Khushi Kapoor,” another person asked. “bhaiiii Khushi Kapoor???????” was the third remark.
In 2018, Banita made a noteworthy debut in Shoojit Sircar’s October, for which she received significant appreciation. Following that, she made her Tamil film debut with Adithya Varma before starring in the English commercial Eternal Beauty. In 2021, Vicky Kaushal’s Sardar Udham Singh was her next major motion picture.
With British Indian parents as her heritage, Banita has also taken on roles in various English television series, such as Painting Humanity, Pandora, and Bridgerton.
Following her appearance in Dilijit Dosanjh’s music video “Jind Mahi,” Banita has more recently collaborated with AP Dhillon on his track “With You.” This collaboration has sparked rumours of a potential relationship between the Welsh actress and the Canadian composer. Adding fuel to the speculation, AP recently posted a photo of them together, preparing a salad in the kitchen.
Banita recently spoke candidly about her goals in an interview with Tribune India, stating, “It comes down to the basic truth that I want to do good work whether it’s in India or abroad. Being able to work with some of the top teams in many nations and have such a wide scope and reach as an actor, in my opinion, is a true privilege”.
She remarked, “Back then, I was busy working in Bollywood, finishing my college degree in London, and doing advertisements—managing too many things at once, which I could not manage. I had little experience with Mumbai at the time, and living alone was challenging.”
For those who don’t know, AP Dhillon, in his song True Stories, said, “When you laugh, you look like Khushi Kapoor.” Khushi, Banita, and Dhillon have never discussed their relationships in front of the public.
