After a man was arrested for sending a threat email to the Dabangg actor, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has received another death threat call, Mumbai Police reported today.

According to the police, on April 10, a threat call was made to the Mumbai Police control room. The caller identified himself as Rockey Bhai from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. On April 30, the caller threatened to kill Salman Khan.

According to the Mumbai Police, more investigation is being conducted.

Prior to this, Dhakad Ram, a native of Luni in the Jodhpur region of Rajasthan, was detained on March 26 and turned over to Mumbai Police after being accused of threatening Salman Khan over email.

A case was reported to the Bandra police station. Salman Khan allegedly received a threat email from the accused in which the actor was warned that he would “end up like Sidhu Moose Wala.”

“The Mumbai police team and Luni police team in joint action caught Dhakad Ram, a resident of Luni in Jodhpur district, in the case registered in Bandra police station of threats to kill Salman Khan via email,” Luni Police Station Officer, Jodhpur Ishwar Chand Pareek had earlier informed ANI.

The Mumbai police have given Salman Khan Y+ category security as the actor is thought to be in danger. The actor had received a threat letter from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang when the Maharashtra State government took this measure.

Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldie Brar, and Rohit Garg, three imprisoned gangsters, are also accused of sending threatening emails to Salman Khan’s office. A case was filed by the Bandra Police in accordance with IPC sections 506(2), 120(b), and 34.

The actor took part in the Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan trailer premiere event on April 10 in Mumbai as part of his ongoing promotion for the film.
