SBI (State Bank of India) is asking the pension account holders to submit Jeevan Praman patra or Life Certificate. The certificate can be submitted both online and physically at the branch. The last date to submit the certificate is 30th November 2019.

If the account holder fails to do so before 1st December 2019, he/she shall not get the pension. Though it’ll be resumed once the certificate is submitted.
You can submit your Life Certificate through 4 channels:
Manual Submission
You can visit the SBI branch and get fill in the physical copy of the form and get it attested by the branch officials and then simply submit it there.
Online Submission (at SBI Branch)
You can visit the nearest SBI branch and provide the bank official with your Aadhaar number, PPO (Pension Payment Order), Mobile number, and Account number. Then you will have to provide your biometrics (Iris or Fingerprint) to generate your Life Certificate, you will be given a Certificate Id as acknowledgement.
You can then simply submit that Life Certificate via Jeevan Pramaan Portal.
UMANG App
Pensioners can download UMANG App from (Google) Play Store, (apple) App Store, and Windows Store, simply click on Jeevan Pramaan and then generate your Life Certificate by following simple steps.
Citizen Service Centres and AAdhaar Seva Kendra
Pensioners can visit the nearest CSC or ASK and complete the process via AAdhaar based Biometric Authentication.
