Singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh created history when he performed at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California. His weekend performance showed his dominance both nationally and internationally. In addition to a black kurta and tamba, a black turban, sunglasses, and even a pair of yellow gloves to add swag to his look and light up the stage, Diljit opened the event with a complete Punjabi vibe. On Sunday, Dosanjh posted an Instagram post to celebrate this achievement.
Diljit’s fans showed an outpouring of love for the singer, expressing how he made India proud with his historic performance at Coachella. Bollywood celebrities also took to their Instagram accounts to congratulate Diljit and share their feelings of happiness and joy about his achievement.
Diljit’s achievement was also acknowledged by several Punjabi singers who left comments on his milestone. Kareena Kapoor, Diljit’s co-star in the movie “Udta Punjab,” shared an Instagram reel of his Coachella performance on Sunday. The Bollywood diva referred to him as “The OG” and accompanied her post with multiple heart and star emojis. Similarly, actor Arjun Kapoor, known for his role in “Ki & Ka,” also praised Diljit on his Instagram story by calling him G.O.A.T.
