Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday, the stars of the upcoming film Liger backed by Karan himself under his banner Dharma Productions, were guests on the most recent episode of Koffee With Karan, the popular chat show hosted by ace director and producer Karan Johar.
The Gehraiyaan actress’s relationship with Kartik Aaryan, her romance with Khaali Peeli co-star Ishaan Khatter, and even the fact that Ananya is currently seeing Aditya Roy Kapur were all revealed by Karan in the episode. Although she didn’t confirm any of the three claims, the actress did admit that Aditya is hot.
The director of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai even questioned Chunky Panday’s daughter Ananya about her relationships with Shanaya Kapoor, daughter of Sanjay Khan, and Suhana Khan, daughter of Shah Rukh Khan. Then Karan enquired as to whether she or Shanaya had ever had a “older brother crush” on Suhana’s brother Aryan Khan.
Ananya replied that she had a crush on Aryan and thinks he is really cute. When Karan further prodded her that why didn’t her crush ‘fructify’, Ananya said, “Ask him” and added that it would have been like a movie if the two childhood sweethearts came together.

In addition to the two stars, Liger also features former American professional boxer Mike Tyson in his Indian film debut. In the movie, Vijay plays an MMA fighter which will be released in theatres in a number of languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada on August 25, 2022,
Apart from Liger, Ananya has the upcoming film Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, which also stars Siddhanth Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav. Even though the movie’s official release date hasn’t been announced yet, it will be released next year.
