Popular actress and former Big Boss contestant, Karishma Tanna recently tied the knot with Varun Bangera. A video from her wedding reception is doing the rounds on social media and for all the right reasons. The video shows Karishma Tanna dancing boldly to the “Oo Antava” song from the movie Pushpa. Fans are loving the clip and it has received more than 1.2k views so far.
Karishma is dancing fiercely in the video, all decked up in a shimmery golden colour deep neck one-piece outfit and kept her hir loose. Karishma and Varun had an intimate wedding on 5th February in Mumbai. Several of their friends and popular faces of the Indian television industry including Ekta Kapoor, Terence Lewis, Anita Hassanandani and Ridhima Pandit attended the festivities.
Karishma was adorned in a pink lehenga on the occasion and paired it with matching jewellery. Meanwhile, Varun wore a white sherwani. Several pictures and videos of Varun were shared on social media and went viral. One of the videos showed Varun applying sindoor on Karishma’s forehead. In another one, Karishma went down on her knees and gave Varun a flower.
Varun Bangera belongs to Mumbai and is the director of a company named VB Corp. He graduated from the University of Ottawa, Canada in International Business. The two reportedly met at a party a few years ago and started going out shortly after. The couple got engaged in November last year. Both, Karishma and Varun had remained secretive and not revealed much information to the media about their relationship.
Karishma is widely known for her debut in the serial, “Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi”, 2001. She is also recognized for her role in Naagin 3 and Qayamat Ki Raat. She was the first runner-up of Big Boss Halla Bol reality show in 2014 and also made appearances on Jhalak Dikhhla Ja 9 (2016), Nach Baliye (2015) and Zara Nachke Dikha (2008). She bagged the Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi trophy in 2020. Karishma was featured in Sanjay Dutt’s biopic titled “Sanu” directed by Rajkumar Hirani.
