Anushka Sharma, a successful Bollywood actress and soon a mom is making headlines for a maternity photoshoot for Vogue India, a fashion magazine. Anushka Sharma, at a recent interaction with the magazine, talked about the parenting approach that she and Indian Cricket team skipper Virat Kohli may be inclined to implement and said that they “do not want to raise brats.”
Anushka while talking to Vogue said, ” The way we are as individuals and the way we approach life have so many similarities. So, I do think this is going to work for us.” She continued and said, “I’ve been thinking about it before I even became a parent. Conditioning is the most crucial aspect in how we see the world. I come from a progressive family background, so that will always be a part of our home.” The Bollywood actress while talking about raising her baby who is due in January also said, “Love plays a crucial role in our family, and what’s important for us is that our child is humble and respectful of other people and you have to create that value structure. We don’t want to raise brats.”
The actress and the cricketer, Virat Kohli revealed the big news of their pregnancy on social media in August of this year. The couple wrote, sharing a happy photo of themselves: “And then we were three. Arriving January 2021.”
During the filming of a shampoo ad, Anushka and Virat Kohli met and they got married in a private ceremony in a countryside resort in Tuscany in December 2017 after dating for several years. Their 3rd wedding anniversary was recently celebrated.
Anushka Sharma started off her filmy career opposite Shah Rukh Khan in 2008 hit film Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. She has done several films like PK, Band Baaja Baaraat, Sultan and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Anushka Sharma was last seen in the 2018 film Zero, co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. As a director, her last project was the Netflix film Bulbbul, and it was a big success. She also produced Amazon Prime Video’s hit web series, Paatal Lok, earlier this year.
