Mehndi movie fame actor Faraaz Khan who was hospitalised on the 8th of October because of a chest infection died today in Mumbai. The news of the death of the actor was shared by the actress turned movie director Pooja Bhatt on Twitter who also is reported to have helped him and his family with the medical bill.

Pooja Bhatt wrote, “With a heavy heart I break the news that #FaraazKhan has left us for what I believe, is a better place. Gratitude to all for your help & good wishes when he needed it most. Please keep his family in your thoughts & prayers. The void he has left behind will be impossible to fill.”
In another tweet, the movie director paid tribute to the late actor and wrote, “May your music always play across time and space”.

Last month, Faraaz Khan’s brother Fahmaan Khan who is also an actor, asked for financial help and set up a fundraising platform.
Fahmaan Khan revealed that Faraaz was hospitalised because of a chest infection, and soon after he was diagnosed with a brain infection, and for the treatment of the same Rs 25 lakh were needed. Pooja Bhatt was among those who donated to the fund and requested others to reach out to the family and make contributions.
Pooja Bhatt had tweeted, “Please share and contribute if possible. I am. Would be grateful if any of you can as well,”.
Actress Kashmera Shah revealed that Salman Khan was also amongst the ones who help Faraaz Khan’s family to pay the medical bills: “Actor Faraaz Khan of Fareb fame is in critical condition and Salman has stood by his side and helped him like he helps so many others.”
She shared a post on Instagram saying, “You are truly a great Human Being. Thank you for taking care of Faraaz Khan and his medical bills. Actor Faraaz Khan of Fareb fame is in critical condition and Salman has stood by his side and helped him like he helps so many others. I am and will always remain a true admirer. If people don’t like this post I don’t care. You have a choice to unfollow me. This is what I think and feel. I think he is the most genuine person I have ever met in this film industry Salman Khan”.
Faraaz Khan starred in movies including Fareb, Prithvi, Mehndi, Dulhan Banoo Main Teri and Chand Bujh Gaya. He also featured on famous TV shows such as Ssshhhh…Koi Hai, Raat Hone Ko Hai, Neeli Aankhen, and Sinndoor Tere Naam Ka.
